I am a little ( or a lot) behind on this post but things have been pretty busy around here. We went to the beach a couple of weeks ago for our annual Ocean Isle beach trip. We had the usual crowd, my brother's family and his in laws, our family and my parents. We all had a blast. Raegan loved playing with her cousins. They all went from sun up to sun down. They loved the pool and playing in the sand. Raegan started swimming " by herself" with just a life jacket on. And she loved playing in the sand on the beach but wasn't all that thrilled about going into the ocean, until the last day at the beach when she finally went in with Josh and then we couldn't get her to come out! It gets more fun every year for her as she gets older. Karis did great too. She loved crawling around ( and eating) the sand, watching her big cousins and big sister play and swimming in the pool. Karis especially loved when Josh took her in the ocean and lifted her up and down in the waves. Nothing seems to phase her! Her and her cousin Katie enjoyed sharing food off of Karis' high chair. It will be fun to see Karis grow up with her cousins too! Josh and I even got to go out on a "double date" with my brother and his wife while the grandparents stayed home with all 6 kids! We all had a wonderful time as always. And it couldn't have come at a better time for me. We put our house on the market about a month ago and after 3 weeks of showing it I needed a break! It was hard to come back home after only a week but it was a great vacation!
